- • Design and and implement an email newsletter campaign for the Star-Advertiser Obituaries
- My goals for this project was to redesign an outdated page and create a section that is easy to read and navigate. I also wanted to implement tasteful design choices to ensure respect is given those who have passed.
- Outside of a clean layout and legible font, features for Paid Obituaries were added such as gold borders, family photos and addtional verbiage can be added to indicate the family paid to place the listings. For those who honorably served during times of war are given a special patriotic graphic on their listings to honor them for their service.
- My duties for this project only included the design and framework for the site, after my design was approved, we worked with a 3rd party company to code and implement the design to the Star-Advertiser website. I oversaw the entire development process and ensured all designs and features were implemented correctly and were functional before live launch.
